Had the windshield replaced on my Truck and it went great, tech showed up on time , went right to work , work was professional and tech was courteous and knowledgeable . Only concern I have was the on line order system with no person to person contact and the windshield was a after market product with no online option for a OEM windshield .

Very easy process. Technician came to our home to fix windshield. He was professional and polite. The communication was also nice you knew the time and they gave name and photo of tech.

It’s always a little nerve wracking when your vehicle needs an expensive repair, especially when you’re talking about tearing out a damaged windshield and replacing it; not to mention the complexity of all the safety recalibration that’s involved with these newer vehicles . Yeah sure, you see and hear the Safelite commercials everywhere. Well…….what an incredible experience we had! We chose to have an at-home appointment and stayed present during the service. Our technician was polite & professional, describing to us every step of the process while he worked. Impressed to see him armed & equipped with the best tools that not only made his job safe & the repair efficient, but most importantly, protected our vehicle from any further damage. Thanks Safelite, you guys crushed it; we’re thoroughly pleased!

Prompt, thorough and professional! My involvement was a total of 5 minutes while he changed my windshield in my driveway! It was great not having to give up a 1/2 or whole day going somewhere. Very easy.

A chunk of ice from the top of a semi truck, absolutely demolished my front windshield. I was able to easily schedule an appointment with Safelite to come out to my house and repair. The service technician arrived early, swapped out the windshield quickly, and did a fantastic job. Stellar service at a very reasonable price.
